Assistance with logging in to the Pension Online Portal

If you are receiving the error 'Incorrect authentication details' , there are a number of things you can try to troubleshoot this issue.

Step 1

Try to login to the portal by entering your details on a private browser (Incognito mode).

Step 2

Try clearing your current internet browsers cookies and cache and try to login with your details once this has been completed.

Step 3

Try to download a different internet browser such as Mozilla Firefox or Opera and try to login with your details on this browser.
