Assistance in Registering for the Pension Online Portal

If you are struggling to create an account for the pension online portal, please email the following information to

skemployers@sutton.gov.uk.

Please provide us with the following information -

1) National Insurance Number

2) E-mail address

3) Mobile Number

4) Your desired username

We will then manually create an account for you with the details provided and email you your login details to successfully use the portal.

Please note that if your pension is already in payment, you will be unable to register an account on the pension online portal.
